Épure Credits (EC) are internal consumption units, not money, currency, cryptocurrency, a refund, a discount or a cash equivalent. They cannot be cashed out, sold or transferred between accounts. No euro value is assigned. The 2.0 program remains subject to separate commercial activation; this page does not claim a currently usable production wallet.
Annual reward
The first €39.99 annual purchase earns no renewal reward. Each eligible, successfully paid and verified annual renewal from the second continuous billing year grants another 1,000 EC. Price remains €39.99/year. Weekly renewals, elapsed time alone, pending/unverified transactions and replaying the same receipt do not qualify. An interruption resets continuity for future rewards, not legitimately earned credits. Restoration and reinstalling do not create a duplicate reward.
Fixed catalogue

Listing a price does not activate an undelivered feature, notably Voice or complete mock exams. No separate EC purchase is offered here.
Choice and accounting
Included allowances are used first. Once a relevant allowance is exhausted, the cost is shown before explicit confirmation. No credits are automatically spent in the background, and one operation cannot consume both included allowance and EC. A Free account holding legitimately earned EC can use them for eligible additional actions. Reservations, balances and settlement are server-authoritative with idempotent identifiers; local displays may temporarily lag. A reservation is not a second charge. Failed or interrupted reservations must be reconciled to their operation; retrying must not pay twice for the same success. Voice settles only authorised billable duration counted by the server at 7 EC/second, never arbitrary client-selected duration.
Lifetime, cancellation and disputes
Legitimately granted EC do not expire. Cancelling or allowing the subscription to expire does not remove earned, unspent EC. A verified refund, revocation or fraud may require correction linked to that transaction, not arbitrary removal of the entire balance; entries are not erased to hide history. Unauthorised charges or client-modified balances are not legitimate. Review history and contact knowli.support@gmail.com to dispute an entry. Permanent account deletion removes its operational wallet and makes EC unusable; it neither converts them to cash nor cancels Apple billing. Applicable statutory rights remain reserved.
