In the iPhone/iPad app, open Profile → Settings → Privacy and data → Delete my account, then confirm the permanent request. Depending on version, it may be grouped under Profile's account management. The server verifies the session and account data before deletion. This public website offers no account or fake deletion sign-in. You can read this page without signing in.
Without account access
Email knowli.support@gmail.com to request account or specific-data deletion, using the associated address if still accessible. Proportionate verification of your authority may be necessary; do not send passwords, tokens, sign-in codes or unsolicited identity documents. An authorised representative can request deletion for a child. Email is a request channel, not a promise of automatic erasure upon sending.
What is handled
The server flow removes account-owned private source files, associated learning/history records, conversations/canonical objects through ownership mechanisms, account entitlements and operational ledger records, then verifies deletion of the authentication identity. Dependencies use explicit deletion or schema-specific cascades. Linked community contributions/supports/reports are deleted; audit actors are de-identified and roadmap links detached where those records exist. Local caches are cleaned on account changes/sign-out; copies you exported or shared remain under your control. Missing legacy tables or dependencies can cause failure: the flow is not claimed universally atomic.
Errors and residual copies
An error allows retry, but some server steps may already have deleted data; restoration after confirmation is not guaranteed. Sign-out is announced only after success. Private technical exports/backups, logs, older metrics and records independently held by Apple or a provider are not all erased by that same request. No fixed complete-purge deadline is verified. A rights request includes examination of such copies, their purpose and only justified retention duties or needs; any full/partial refusal must be explained. The GDPR response deadline is not a guarantee of immediate infrastructure-wide erasure.
Apple and EC
Deleting Épure does not cancel an Apple subscription. Check https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions before deletion. EC attached to a deleted account become unusable; they are neither transferred nor redeemed for cash.
