Épure+ Subscription Terms

These terms describe the Épure 2.0 program in preparation; this website has no checkout. The Apple version checked on 17 October 2026 is 1.0, free; this does not prove Épure+ availability. The 2.0 commercial backend is not activated and publication does not activate it. A paid offering cannot open before its technical and legal requirements, including applicable mediation, are fulfilled. Purchase only when Apple presents an actual offer and its conditions.
Plans and prices
Épure+ Weekly: €0.99 per week. Épure+ Annual: €39.99 per year, every year; no automatic decreasing renewal price. These French reference prices do not replace StoreKit's localised price, currency, taxes and billing period at confirmation. Both periods provide the same functional allowances; no monthly, Lifetime or Family plan is announced. No free trial is promised.
Intended allowances
Épure+ includes 50 sheets,5 Deepen operations,5 Clean my notes,2 paper corrections,3 complete mock exams,100 new exercises,500 Stanley messages and 900 Voice seconds per server-anchored 30-day usage period. Usage periods differ from weekly/annual billing; account screens show balances and reset dates. Free retains 4 sheets and 1 Clean my notes per period,10 exercises and 30 messages;1 Deepen,1 correction,1 mock exam and 300 Voice seconds once per account. A short targeted practice session is not a complete mock exam. Complete mock exams and Voice must not be presented as activated before actual delivery. Subscription does not promise unlimited AI use. Capacity, safety and size limits still apply without silently reducing approved entitlements.
Payment, renewal and restoration
Apple processes payment and automatic renewal until cancellation under the status shown for your subscription. An unverified transaction grants no entitlement. Apple controls plan changes and effective dates; no proration or immediate change is promised. Restore Purchases in Profile → Épure+ or the paywall uses the purchasing Apple account and relevant Épure account; restoration cannot create a missing purchase. Manage or cancel at https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions . After ordinary cancellation, access continues to the end of the paid period unless valid expiration, refund or revocation applies. Returning to Free does not automatically delete courses.
Loyalty, withdrawal and remedies
Each eligible verified annual renewal starting with the second uninterrupted billing year grants 1,000 EC. This is neither a lower price nor a refund; /credits explains the conditions. Uninstalling or deleting the account does not cancel Apple billing. Apple refund requests: https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ . Withdrawal rights and exceptions depend on applicable law and the transaction; opening the app does not automatically remove them. Statutory continuous-supply guarantees remain, including conformity without charge or undue delay and, where provided, price reduction or termination. No mandatory remedy is displaced.
