Service and scope

Épure is Gabriel Legrand's personal project; details of the declared publisher and responsible operator Martin Legrand are at /mentions-legales. Depending on version, the app provides source import/reading, learning materials, practice and Stanley assistance. This website is a showcase: it offers no accounts, checkout or private web app. Épure 2.0 is under validation. Commercial-program documents describe intended rules, not availability or official exam-authority affiliation.

Accounts and eligibility

Provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. Do not transfer your account and notify support of unauthorised access. Signed-in access is needed for synchronised functions, not to read these documents. Children need the capacity or authorisation/representation required for the particular act. No automated age or parental-authority check is currently established; digital consent is not blanket purchase authorisation.

Content and acceptable use

You retain the rights you hold in your content. You grant only the nonexclusive permissions needed to store, transform and deliver it for requested functions; private documents are not thereby publicly licensed. Provide lawful content you are entitled to use. Respect copyright, people mentioned and your institution's rules. Prohibited conduct includes accessing another account, extracting secrets, bypassing authentication/quotas, abusive automation, purchase/credit fraud, harassment and unlawful content. Épure's own elements are protected by applicable rights; no ownership of the app or brand is transferred.

AI and educational limits

AI content may be incomplete, inaccurate or similar to other outputs. Check important facts, calculations and references; never present Épure practice as an official exam paper. No better grade, exam success, mastery or perfect prediction is guaranteed. Assisted and independent observations remain distinct. You remain responsible for your academic use of results. The privacy policy explains recipients and choices before AI processing.

Availability and ending access

Network, maintenance, provider capacity or incidents may interrupt a feature; continuous availability is not promised. Proportionate restrictions may be needed for established abuse, legal duties or security risk; unless prohibited or urgent, available reasons will be communicated and may be challenged through support. This does not claim a new automated restriction system. You may stop using the app or request deletion under /account-deletion. Account deletion does not cancel Apple billing. Versions and material changes are dated; browsing alone does not consent to optional processing.

Rights, responsibility and complaints

Mandatory rights apply, including statutory guarantees for relevant digital services. Nothing excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived. French law applies subject to mandatory protections in a consumer's habitual residence; no exclusive court clause displaces them. Complaints: knowli.support@gmail.com. Court remedies remain available. No consumer mediator is currently appointed; opening a paid offering subject to that duty remains conditional on an actual competent arrangement. Apple documentation and processes are not an appointment of a mediator for Épure.
